Nancie Arsham has over 30 years of experience, has published and lectured and has a reputation in the area as the expert in upper extremity rehabilitation. In 1987 Nancie established Therapy Specialists in Beachwood where it has remained for 20 years. Due to her avid participation in tennis competitions in Northeast Ohio, many teaching pros and high school coaches refer players to Nancie. She also enjoys biking and hiking and caring for her two cats. |

Martin Block has more than 30 years experience as a massotherapist and has developed an expertise in myofascial release for specific musculoskeletal injuries. He has additional skills in a variety of manual techniques such as Reiki, Reflexology and Thai massage. Martin loves to sail, ride his motorcycle and play the bass around the Cleveland jazz scene. |

Carol Glick, our office manager, has over 20 years of experience in that role. Hers is the first voice many patients hear when they call Therapy Specialists. Carol is dedicated to ensuring that our patients experience a calm and positive encounter through her willingness to answer questions regarding scheduling, insurance coverage and what to expect on their first visit here. She enjoys reading, going to the movies, walking and spending time with family and friends. |

Inna Keselman has a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a master's degree in Physical Therapy. She is also board certified in orthopedics. Inna is a dynamic and innovative therapist with special skills treating sports related injuries. She is busy with her husband caring for their three young children while still maintaining her commitment to personal physical fitness. Inna has lived in Russia and Israel and is fluent in Russian and Hebrew. |

Jim Porterfield is a foremost expert in the treatment of back injuries and is a national and international speaker on the subject. He is the author of several books, book chapters and peer-reviewed articles. In 1989, Jim also established Rehabilitation & Health Center, which is our Akron facility. Jim treats patients at both our Akron and Cleveland offices. |

Joni Rapp has a doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is an energetic and knowledgeable therapist who enjoys working with orthopedic conditions in patients of all ages. She has won local awards for her clinical research. She is an avid skier and a Level I certified PSIA ski instructor. Joni and her husband also enjoy cross country skiing, biking, water skiing, and hiking near their home in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. |

Adrianne Tadiello-Zachowski comes to TSI with 30 years experience as a medical assistant and billing expert. Adrianne electronically inputs all the charges for the services our patients receive and she is the "go to" person with any billing questions. Her patience and attention to detail are invaluable assets to our effective operation. She and her husband love to travel and play with their two little dogs. |
